Michelle Russell has been working in the customer relations field since April 2013, starting as a Complaint Officer at Provident Financial Group (PFG) before moving on to become a Business Manager. In August 2021, Michelle transitioned to Abri Group where Michelle currently serves as the Customer Relations Team Leader. Michelle has experience in coaching and supporting customer experience managers, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met. At Provident, Michelle was responsible for providing quality face-to-face customer service to a large customer base. Michelle's educational background includes attending Blackheath Bluecoat Church of England School from September 1993 to July 1998.
