Saikat Ghosh is a seasoned professional in digital business transformation, currently serving as Program Director for Engineering & Governance at YASH Technologies since August 2018. Ghosh has led various significant portfolios, including the Governance and Engineering sectors, and managed multiple consulting practices focused on Agile methodologies, product management, and delivery. Prior experience includes roles at Capgemini India as an Agile Coach and at Wipro Technologies as a Scrum Master, where Ghosh oversaw agile teams and enhanced development processes. With a strong educational background, including an M.Tech in Information Technology from IIEST, Shibpur, Ghosh has consistently driven value realization and growth across diverse organizations and projects.
