Soundarya Nagarajan

Soundarya Nagarajan is a Quality Assurance Executive at Yashoda Hospitals since January 2023, focusing on NABH and NABL accreditation processes, conducting internal audits, managing hospital safety rounds, and providing training sessions. Previously, Soundarya worked as an Inpatient Executive in Operations at MGM Healthcare, overseeing inpatient discharge processes and liaising with multiple departments. Earlier experiences include project internships at Rela Hospital and the Institute of Genetics, where Soundarya conducted studies on patient falls and gene polymorphism, respectively. Soundarya holds an MBA in Hospital and Health Systems Management with a specialization in TQM from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Osmania University. Currently, Soundarya is pursuing an MSc in Health Informatics at the University of West London.
