Karim Dahem's work experience begins in 2016 with a stage at CNSS - Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale. Karim then completed an apprenticeship at Tunisie Télécom in 2017. In 2018, they did an internship at CNSS where they worked on the administration of network and implemented a new technology called Intelligent Wan (IWAN). From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Advisor at GlobalNet Tunisie. In 2020, they joined YAssir Tunisie as a Service Dispatcher and later became the Head of Dispatch. Currently, in 2022, they work at Yassir (YC W20) as a Responsable de service client et dispatch.

Karim Dahem attended the Institut Superieur des Technologies de l'Information et la Telecommunication Borj Cedrya from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Applied Networking and Telecommunications. During their time there, they focused on the field of networking and telecommunications. Additionally, Karim obtained a certification in Cisco CCNA Academy, specializing in network and systems administration, from Gtec Groupe. Karim received this certification in November 2017 from AED @ Cisco Systems, Inc.
