Rym Ghribi

Rym Ghribi has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, they completed an internship at Societe Tunisienne de Banque. In 2014, they worked as a freelance consultant at DOMA and as a commercial assistant at We Can Prod. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an office manager and then a human resources and finance manager at Jumia Group, a leading e-commerce platform in Africa. At Jumia, they managed over 5,000 employees in multiple African countries. In 2018, they joined Tdiscount.tn as a sales operations manager. In 2019, they worked at OuiCoding as a human resources and finance manager before joining Yassir (YC W20) later in the year in the same capacity. At Yassir, they played a key role in designing and implementing financial and accounting systems, budgeting, and cashflow management. Rym also oversaw human resource strategies, coaching and development of employees, and recruitment. Their contributions to the company resulted in a successful fundraising round of $150 million in 2022.

Rym Ghribi completed their education at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage in 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Khaznadar, where they obtained their Baccalaureate Degree in Economie et Gestion. In terms of additional certifications, Rym obtained a certification in "Community management et Mairtise de la sponsorisation sur facebook" from E2BUSINESS CONSULTING & TRAINING in March 2018. Rym also earned a certification in Google Adwords from the same institution in February 2018. Additionally, Rym obtained a TCF Niveau C1 certification from Campus France in 2015.
