Berhan Atakan

Berhan Atakan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in E-Commerce Customer Experience and Order Management at Yataş Grup since July 2023, Berhan focuses on developing strategies to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Berhan worked at Koton from September 2017 to June 2023, progressing from a Sales Consultant to the role of Digital Platforms Audit Manager, where responsibilities included evaluating customer experiences across all interaction channels and implementing digital solutions for e-commerce.
