Mustafa Kubilay

Mustafa KUBILAY has extensive experience in both technology and sports officiating. Currently serving as a Bölgesel Gözlemci at Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu since January 2022, Mustafa has also been the Process Development Group Manager at Yataş Grup since March 2018. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Turkcell Technology Research and Development and Senior Consultant at EXPERTEAM. At Yataş A.Ş., Mustafa worked as a Uygulama Gelistirme Uzmani with a focus on Oracle EBS R12 applications. In the sports sector, Mustafa held various officiating positions at Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu from December 2004 to August 2013, including Bölgesel Yardımcı Hakem, Klasman Yardımcı Hakemi, and football referee. Earlier experience at Eren Holding involved roles in logistics information technology and software development.
