Grace Cowan

Grace Cowan is currently serving as the Talent & Business Development Coordinator at Yates Construction since February 2024. Previously, Grace held various leadership roles with the United States Department of the Army from September 2019 to July 2023, including Battalion S4 Officer in Charge, Supply Support Activity Platoon Leader, and Maintenance Platoon Leader. Grace's military training includes completion of the Basic Officer Leaders Course and Officer Candidate School, with an Officer Commission in the Army. Academically, Grace is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Austin Peay State University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Augustana College, earned in May 2019. Additionally, Grace attended Army Logistics University for professional and continuing education in 2020.
