Mike Cherwin

Mike Cherwin is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and executive roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Division Manager at Yates Construction since March 2019, Mike previously held the position of Project Executive at Lendlease, managing the MIRA SF Condominiums project in San Francisco. With a significant tenure at M.J. Dean Construction, Inc. from 1996 to 2015, Mike progressed through various roles, including Vice President, Construction Manager, and Senior Project Manager, leading high-profile projects such as the $510 million Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Expansion and Renovation. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
