Ayush Raj Sharma has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ayush Raj began their career as a Sales Intern at Dabur India Limited in 2016, followed by a Marketing Internship at bigbasket.com. Later, they joined OYO and held multiple roles including Assistant Manager- Enterprise Partnerships, Deputy Head - Enterprise Partnerships, Head- Enterprise Partnership, Strategic Account Head - South, and Lead- TMC & National Accounts. Currently, Ayush is working at Yatra Online Ltd. as the Business Head - SME Business.

Ayush Raj Sharma pursued an MBA in Technology Management with a focus on Chemical/Marketing at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Modern School, Barakhamba Road from 2009 to 2011. Ayush completed their primary and secondary education at Amity International School Noida from 1998 to 2009. As for additional certifications, they obtained Search Engine Optimization Fundamentals by University of California, Davis on Coursera, although the institution and exact completion date are unknown.
