Snow He

Snow Snow has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Currently, they are working as the Supply Chain Director at Yatsen Holding. Snow is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, including planning, OEM/ODM management, import/export, and project management. Prior to this, Snow worked at Colgate-Palmolive, where they held several roles such as APAC E2E Supply Chain Sr. Manager, Sr. Focus Factory Manager, Regional Plant Systems Integration Lead, and Operation Efficiency and Plant System Manager. In these roles, they were involved in various supply chain activities and successfully implemented new manufacturing systems. Snow also has experience in network planning and assistant planning management in the personal care category in Europe.

Snow Snow completed a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from South China University of Technology, graduating in 2004.
