Alejandro Morlotte

Alejandro Morlotte has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Alejandro is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Yave since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Konfído as the Director of Cloud Engineering & IT from January 2021 to July 2022, and as the Director of Technology Shared Services from March 2019 to October 2021. Before that, Alejandro held the position of Deputy Director of Technology at Grupo Cinco M from 2018 to April 2019.

From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Grupo Expansión, where they held various roles including Head of Infrastructure Operations & IT, Sr Manager of Infrastructure & DevOps, Infrastructure Operations Manager, and Infrastructure Operations Engineer. Alejandro began their career as a Sysadmin at uServers from August 2002 to April 2010.

Alejandro has also gained experience as a Web Developer and Systems Administrator at Mediotiempo.com from November 1999 to August 2002. Alejandro Morlotte's expertise lies in engineering, cloud, technology management, infrastructure operations, and web development.

Alejandro Morlotte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Vermont School from 1983 to 1995 and completed their high school education. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google, obtained in February 2019, and as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services, obtained in April 2017.
