Endrinayla Rafa Amanda

Endrinayla Rafa Amanda is an experienced youth leader and advocate for children's rights and education in Indonesia. Currently serving on the Youth Advisory Panel at Yayasan Plan International Indonesia, Amanda has played a crucial role in various organizations, including founding the Generaction Project, which focuses on teaching English to underprivileged children. Past positions include Program Coordinator Intern at GoTo Impact Foundation and multiple leadership roles within AIESEC, where Amanda led projects aimed at advancing sustainable development goals. Notable achievements include being a finalist in the None Jakarta pageant and receiving the title of Best Public Speaker None during quarantine. Amanda is pursuing a degree in Social Sciences at the University of Indonesia and participating as an exchange student at the University of Southampton.
