Sukhwindar Singh has extensive experience in the field of education and training for small system utilities. Sukhwindar began their career as a Water Resources Specialist at RCAP Solutions, Inc. in 1994, where they provided technical assistance and training to small drinking water and wastewater systems in Pennsylvania. Sukhwindar also developed expertise in funding guidelines and criteria for infrastructure projects.
