Sukhwindar Singh

Sukhwindar Singh has extensive experience in the field of education and training for small system utilities. Sukhwindar began their career as a Water Resources Specialist at RCAP Solutions, Inc. in 1994, where they provided technical assistance and training to small drinking water and wastewater systems in Pennsylvania. Sukhwindar also developed expertise in funding guidelines and criteria for infrastructure projects. From 2002 to 2006, Singh served as a Senior Water Resources Specialist at RCAP Solutions, Inc., conducting feasibility studies and overseeing volunteer teams. Sukhwindar then became the Director of Education and Training, responsible for curriculum development and training delivery across 11 states and territories. Prior to their work at RCAP Solutions, Inc., Singh worked as a Training Specialist at the National Environmental Services Center, where they supervised training development and awarded funds for environmental curricula focused on small system needs.

Sukhwindar Singh has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organic and Synthetic Organic Biochemistry from The University of Toledo, Toledo Ohio. Prior to that, Singh completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from West Virginia University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Singh is also a certified Trainer in CUPSS (Check Up Program for Small Systems in Asset Management) through the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
