Javier Rosales

Javier Rosales currently serves as the Sr. Supplier Quality and Development Lead at Yazaki North America, a position held since April 2021, where responsibilities include supplier development, internal process improvement, and crisis management support among others. Prior to this role, Javier spent over a decade at General Motors in various capacities, including Supplier Quality Manager for wiring, driveline, and chassis, where Javier was responsible for managing the supply base for North American vehicles and overseeing teams of Supplier Quality Engineers. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and an MBA in Finance and Financial Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México.
