Olha Bezruchko

Olha Bezruchko is a seasoned professional in people operations, currently serving as a Senior People Operations Partner at YCharts since August 2021, with prior roles as People Partner II and People Partner. Previously, Olha worked at Onbe from October 2018 to August 2021 as a People Operations Specialist and HR Coordinator. Olha began a career in human resources at Swift Prepaid Solutions as a Customer Service Representative from August 2017 to October 2018 and interned in Human Resources at ABM Industries during the summer of 2016. Educationally, Olha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and an Associate degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, earned from 2012 to 2015.
