Currently, economy of Asian countries have grown rapidly and continuously, and these countries occupy larger position in the global economy. Many companies regard Asian countries as key the market, and are aiming at expanding their business to this market.

In spite of this situation, when they try to expand their business, they would have issues that there is no consulting firm which has efficient knowledge and experience. At present, famous consulting firms which are known as global firm are all American or European companies, so Asian countries are regarded as just one of their local branch and they are not specialist of each local market.

In this situation, YCP was founded to be global consulting firm from Asia. It was originally founded in Japan, and now we have branches in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, New York and London, and more than 50% of all professionals are local staff. We have helped many companies with their expansion to Asian countries.

Knowledge and know-how gained through our own business is one of our strengths. We expand our products and services to Asian market in the field of Cosmetic, restaurant and education.
