Duane Reid Mpa

Duane Reid MBA MPA serves as the Regional Director of Program & Operations at Year Up since January 2016, where responsibilities include primary program leadership and managing a team of Site Directors to foster effective program delivery for opportunity youth in the National Capital Region. Previous roles include Director of the PBI 4A Grant Program at Baltimore City Community College, overseeing a budget of approximately $750,000 and supervising a team of six, as well as Director of Admissions and Recruitment and Adjunct Instructor at Washington Adventist University. Additional experience includes adjunct instruction at Columbia Union College. Duane Reid holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Washington Adventist University and an MBA from Columbia Union College, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in History Pre-Law from the same institution.
