Karlisse Hightower boasts extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Year Up since July 2022. Previously held the same title at Newrez LLC from August 2021 to July 2022 and demonstrated strong leadership as Senior Payroll Manager at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA from December 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, experience includes overseeing payroll functions at JEVS Human Services, the Philadelphia 76ers, and Resources for Human Development, where mentoring and fostering best practices were emphasized.
