Kaysi Valencia

Kaysi Valencia is an experienced Program Director at Year Up, where leadership spans the Greater Los Angeles Region and Bay Area, focusing on innovative alternative direct models. Previously, Kaysi served as Interim Site Director and Associate Director of Program, effectively managing transitions, staff morale, and professional development while overseeing program operations. With a background as College Adviser for College Advising Corps, Kaysi provided extensive college access support and contributed to strategic planning initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in customer service at Larry's Produce and student leadership positions at UC Santa Cruz. Kaysi holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a certificate in Student Affairs and Higher Education from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from UC Santa Cruz.
