Kristina Shaw currently serves as the Sr. Director of Program Strategy and Operations at Year Up United since May 2025 and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Borough of Manhattan Community College, teaching business management courses. Previously, Kristina held various senior positions at Goldman Sachs for nearly 18 years, including VP roles in the Office of Corporate Engagement, Global Marketing, and Operations + Strategy Management, where strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement were prioritized. Kristina's earlier experience includes roles at the NYC Department of Small Business Services as a Senior Account Manager, as well as being a Fulbright Scholar and a Fellow in Philanthropy at The Starr Foundation. Kristina holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Peace and Justice Studies and Studio Art from Wellesley College.
