Meredith Jaremchuk

Meredith Jaremchuk has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer at Year Up, Jaremchuk provides strategic leadership to achieve programmatic excellence and high performance. With a background in program management, outreach, and admissions, Jaremchuk has consistently met core metrics and supported the growth and development of various departments within the organization. Prior experience includes roles in providing crisis assessments and intensive therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults in Chicago and surrounding areas.
