Darya Roslyakova is currently an intern in Quality and Food Safety at Yeasty, where responsibilities include developing HACCP for the production process, drafting production management systems, and conducting microbial analysis. Previous experience includes a research role at the Research Institute of Crop Production, focusing on pathogenicity in potato scab, and work in proteomics and molecular genetics laboratories, conducting protein isolation and DNA extraction. Darya's educational background includes a Master of Science in Food Quality and Safety from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
