Nikola Stefanovic has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Stagiaire at MICROBRASSERIE MAPPINESS, where they assisted with production, delivery, sales, event organization, and also developed a plan for a brewery expansion project. In 2020, they joined Bioxegy as a Scientific Analyst, contributing to scientific analysis and research. Later in the same year, they co-founded Yeasty and currently serves as the Co-Founder & CEO.
Nikola Stefanovic obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur degree in Food Engineering, Biomolecules, and Energy with a specialization in Biorefinery and Green Chemistry from AgroParisTech. Nikola completed their education from 2018 to 2022 at AgroParisTech.
