Rachamim Hakakian

Rachamim Hakakian has extensive experience in operations and management within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer at Yedei Chesed, Inc. since January 2009, where previous roles included Director of Residential Services and IRA Supervisor. In addition, Rachamim has operated IT consultant services as Managing Owner since June 2009 and worked as a Foreclosure Specialist at Shira Homes from October 2007 to January 2009. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Real Estate Appraiser with Mccormick Appraisal from May 2005 to July 2007. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Baltimore County and a BS in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, complemented by training from the Appraisal Institute in 2005.
