Larry Jennings

Larry Jennings has over 17 years of work experience. Larry began their career at Sprint in 2002 as a Specialist II and then moved up to Specialist III. In 2003, they joined CCC Information Services as an Implementation Specialist/Analyst. Larry worked on gathering requirements, performing analysis, and implementing enterprise-level software for top insurance companies and repair facilities. Larry also assisted the project manager in communicating with other stakeholders both internal and external. In 2013, they joined Sprout Social, Inc. as a Project Manager. There, they facilitated Scrum ceremonies, implemented Agile/Scrum/Kanban framework to the entire engineering department, and worked with Product Managers to break large projects into smaller increments. In 2016, they joined Yello.co as the Sr. Director of the PMO. While there, they led the efforts to get Yello Recruiting software a FedRAMP Moderate Authorization and worked with the management team to enforce meeting norms. Larry also acted as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, responsible for helping the maturation of the executive staff and overall helping drive management team cadence, metrics, and alignment across Yello. Larry was also the Senior Project Manager, working to deliver Yello's second largest implementation project and migrate teams into JIRA/Confluence.

Larry Jennings received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University in 1998. Prior to that, they attended DeVry University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. In 2009, they earned a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Saint Xavier University. Larry also attended Marist High School from 1989 to 1993.
