Nicole Barrington

Nicole Barrington has over 20 years of work experience. Nicole began their career in 1994 as a Recruiting Specialist for Selective Staffing, Inc. (SSi). In 1998, they moved to the City of Lima, Ohio as the Director of Human Resources. In 2000, they joined ADP TotalSource as a Human Resource Generalist. Nicole then moved to iSurity in 2002 as the Human Resources Manager. In 2010, they joined The RightThing, An ADP Company, as a Client Relationship Manager. Currently, Nicole is the Director, Marketing Operations & Events at Yello.co, a role they have held since 2013.

Nicole Barrington obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Miami University between 1987 and 1991. Nicole also holds certifications from SHRM (SHRM-CP, obtained in March 2015), AIRS (CDR - Certified Diversity Recruiter, obtained in May 2013 and PRC - Professional Recruiter Certification, obtained in March 2013) and HRCI (PHR - Professional in Human Resources).
