Surya Raman

Surya Raman is an experienced software development engineer with a background in backend development and a strong focus on system optimization and collaboration with major tech firms. Currently serving as SDE II at yellow.ai since March 2018, Surya has made significant contributions, including eliminating Single Points of Failure and achieving a 400% increase in messaging throughput through collaboration with WhatsApp/Meta. Prior experience includes a role as SDE I at Visual BI Solutions, where Surya developed integrations for various Business Intelligence tools and adhered to best practices in Python and Java development. Surya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Saveetha Engineering College and completed secondary education at D.A.V. Hr. Sec. School in Chennai.
