Charl Cilliers

Charl Cilliers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charl is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Yellow Card App since July 2022. Before that, they were a Software Engineering Team Lead at Invictus Capital from July 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Stone Three Digital from November 2015 to June 2021. Charl also has experience as a Software Developer at Implicit Design in May 2015. Additionally, they have worked as a Chemical Engineer at the South African Institute of Advanced Materials Chemistry, University of the Western Cape in 2013, and as a Process Engineer at M-Tech Industrial from 2012 to 2013. Charl began their career as a Research Assistant at North West University from 2011 to 2012 and gained practical experience as a Student Metallurgist at Anglo Platinum in 2009 and 2008.

Charl Cilliers completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Nuclear Science and Engineering from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Stellenbosch University in 2010. Charl completed their high school education at Edgemead High School in 2006.
