Mumbua Mageto has a diverse work experience spanning several years. mumbua started their career as a Sales Executive at Generations Electronics and Allied, a Safaricom dealer shop, where they implemented effective sales strategies and increased revenue. mumbua then worked as an Account/Telesales Executive at Yellow Pages Kenya, handling high-volume telemarketing and exceeding sales quotas. Mumbua later served as a Corporate Account Manager at BrighterMonday Kenya, building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing customer support. mumbua also worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at ADCC IEA Ltd, where they managed customer files and databases, evaluated customer issues, and provided primary customer support. Currently, they are employed at Yellow Card App as a Customer Service Representative.
