Network Operations Center Analyst at Yellow Dog Networks

Joshua Gross has a diverse work experience. Joshua started their career in the United States Army as a Fire Support Platoon Sergeant, serving from April 2007 to March 2019. After leaving the army, they joined Veterans Guardian as an Information Technology Operations Specialist. There, they provided ticketing support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and made security recommendations for the organization's network. Joshua also served as a Salesforce Lightning Administrator responsible for onboarding/offboarding, permission sets, profiles, and connecting third-party applications. Additionally, they provided soft VoIP support through CloudCall. In 2022, Joshua worked at Medasource as a Support Depot Tech Lead. In this role, they investigated daily reported cases, managed a team of nine IT staff, and administered real-time data to supervisors to enhance decision-making and productivity. Currently, Joshua is working at Yellow Dog Networks as a Network Operations Center Analyst, starting in April 2023.

Joshua Gross is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at Purdue Global, with an expected completion in 2022. Joshua has obtained additional certifications including a Purdue University Global e-Diploma in October 2022, being on the Chancellor's List in May 2022 and in the February 2021 term. Joshua has also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification and participated in the NCL Fall 2021 Team Game offered by Cyber Skyline.
