Rasmus Thunberg

Rasmus Thunberg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rasmus started their career in 2012 as a Professional Driver and Team Leader at PostNord, where they gained leadership experience and took on additional responsibilities. In 2014, they worked as a Deputy Manager at Narvesen while studying, where they were responsible for the store's operations and training new colleagues.

In 2014, Rasmus transitioned to the offshore industry as an Oil Rig Operator at Ad Hoc AS, where they worked on different oil platforms. Rasmus then joined PostNord again in 2016 as a Delivery Driver until 2019.

In 2019, Rasmus joined Linköpings kommun as a Student Employee in Digitalization, where they worked on projects aimed at streamlining HR processes. Rasmus researched and developed technical solutions and implemented them in the organization.

From 2020 to 2022, Rasmus worked at LKDATA as a BI-developer/architect. Rasmus was responsible for the end-to-end development of reports and dashboards, including complex ETL flows. Rasmus also managed multiple Qlik Sense Enterprise and nPrinting environments.

Currently, Rasmus is working at Yellow Elk as a Data Engineer and Analytics Consultant, starting in 2022.

Rasmus Thunberg completed their Bachelor of Information Sciences degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Linköping University, starting in 2017 and graduating in 2020. Prior to that, in 2013 to 2014, they attended Nortrain - Norwegian Drilling Academy, focusing on drilling and well-technology. In 2012, Rasmus had a brief stint at the Swedish Armed Forces, specializing in intelligence. Earlier on, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Realgymnasiet, where they studied IT & PBL. Additionally, Rasmus obtained two additional certifications: dbt Fundamentals from dbt Labs in March 2022 and Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in March 2022.
