Schuyler McCaa

Schuyler McCaa is a Systems Engineering Intern at Vaya Space since May 2024 and has been serving as President of the Yellow Jacket Space Program since December 2020, leading a team of over 200 members in project and team management. Previous experience includes working as the Launch Fluids Lead, responsible for managing ground feed systems for liquid oxygen and kerosene delivery, and serving as Technical Project Manager for the Launch Feed System at NASA from January to May 2023, where responsibilities included xEMU spacesuit design and data collection. Earlier internships at NASA's Advanced Concepts Office involved developing cryogenic fluid management and translating CAD models into physical prototypes. Schuyler McCaa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in December 2024.
