Ryan Bussiere

Ryan Bussiere is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in tech and ministry roles. Currently serving as the Founder and Head of Flight Club at Yelobird since October 2022, Ryan has established a platform for showcasing engineers. In addition, Ryan holds the position of Preferred Recruiter at Paraform Preferred, recognized for consistent candidate quality and engagement. Prior recruitment experience includes managing efforts across multiple regions at Acadia Healthcare and being a Tech and GTM Recruiter at Paraform. Ryan also excelled as a Client Solutions Manager at Robert Half, achieving notable recognition within the first year. A foundational career in ministry included various leadership roles at C21 and other organizations. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dallas Baptist University.
