Jonathan Diaz

Jonathan Diaz, MSIS, CFE, currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Yelp, where responsibilities include global leadership of Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and SOX compliance. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Senior Manager for AWS Security Assurance at Amazon Web Services, overseeing the Global Regulatory Oversight and Examinations program across multiple regions. Jonathan also dedicated eight years to Amazon, progressing from Senior Auditor to Senior Manager of Internal Audit for the North America Consumer organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Walmart, where Jonathan managed audit teams and contributed to significant projects aimed at enhancing control environments and operational efficiency. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Northwestern University and a degree in Accounting with a focus on Financial Investments from the University of Arkansas.
