Huw Richards

Huw Richards is an experienced professional in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Site Leader and Manufacturing Manager at Yeo Valley Production Ltd since July 2020. Prior to this role, Huw held the position of Operations Manager at Pieminister (September 2019 - July 2020) and held multiple managerial roles at Arla Foods from October 2016 to September 2019, including Senior Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Huw also worked as Demand Planning Manager at Ginsters (June 2015 - October 2016) and developed key planning systems to enhance efficiency. Earlier experience includes various planning and process development roles at Samworth Brothers from July 2010 to June 2015, delivering manufacturing processes for major retailers and focusing on continuous improvement. Huw holds a degree in Food Marketing Business and Economics with Industrial Training from the University of Reading (2008 - 2012) and has a foundational education from Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools (2001 - 2008).
