Josh Durman

Josh Durman is an experienced People Business Partner currently at Yeo Valley Production Ltd, focusing on strategic growth and enhancing co-owner experiences. Previously, Josh worked at Riverford Organic Farmers, developing people plans and engaging co-owners, after serving as an HR Advisor in a national employee relations capacity. Earlier roles include HR Officer positions in unionized environments at Sharpak and Refresco, as well as interim recruitment and HR roles at Debenhams and Grafton Merchanting GB. Josh holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University and is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management at Avado.
