Karen Ordonez has extensive work experience in various roles. Karen started their career as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut in 2004. In 2005, they joined Wells Fargo as a Teller and later worked as a Personal Banker, Administrative Assistant 3, and finally as an Administrative Assistant 4. Karen then moved to YER USA in 2021, where they currently hold the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Karen Ordonez completed their education history at Miami Dade College. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Supervision and Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, with a completion date in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Karen has obtained several certifications in various marketing areas from HubSpot. In January 2020, they earned certifications in Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
