Nieves Amado Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nieves currently serves as the Director of the Spanish Desk at YER USA, where they assist Spanish and European companies in finding suitable local talents for US-based leadership positions in technology-driven industries. Previously, Nieves worked as a Partner at Markentry USA. Prior to that, they were employed as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager at Teleperformance, USA, where they led and managed a recruiting team and performed high-volume recruitment efforts. Nieves also worked at DB Schenker as a Marketing Specialist and Assistant to the Head of Airfreight and Sea freight Spain, where they were responsible for managing and reporting figures and incidents to the corporate office in Germany. Nieves also served as a Marketing Responsible and CEO Assistant at DB Schenker, where they designed and planned the company's annual marketing plan, prepared budgets, implemented marketing guidelines, and facilitated relationships with the press and media circles. Nieves started their career as a Branch Manager at Adecco España, where they managed and developed the branch team and increased the number of clients in the area.

Nieves Amado Gomez received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, spanning from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, they also pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. From 2002 to 2003, they attended CFE Compañia de Formacion Empresarial, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Labor Risk Assessment. In 2003, Nieves attended ESERP Business & Law School and completed a Master's Degree in Marketing in 2004. Additionally, in the year 2002, they pursued another Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CFE Compañia de Formacion Empresarial, a program that lasted until 2003.
