Maya Bachar Gilad has over twenty years of experience in information systems, development worlds, infrastructure, ERP systems, CRM, BI, and digital systems. Maya worked at Pelephone as an SVP of Information Technology from 2022 to the present. Before that, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Maya Bachar Gilad Senior technology consulting and management from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Pelephone, including IT Development Director, IT Infrastructure Director, ERP Manager, Billing Manager, Software Manager on Mediation System, Billing Systems' Software Engineer, CRM & Billing Systems' QA Manager, and Billing Systems' QA Engineer.

Maya Bachar Gilad has a B.sc degree in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology, which was obtained from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Maya pursued further education in Project Management and System Analysis from John Bryce between 2007 and 2008. Maya also holds certifications in Mediation from the Gevim Group (obtained in 2019) and in Team Guideness from Gishot Group (obtained in 2014).
