Rachel Fiske has been working in the health and wellness field since 2010 when they began working as a self-employed functional nutritionist and health content writer. In 2012, they joined the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic as the Latina Program Coordinator. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as Programs Director and Staff Nutritionist for Natural Doctors International (NDI). During this time, they organized natural medical brigades and provided free consultations and natural medicines to the population of Ometepe, Nicaragua. Rachel also organized and carried out individual and group nutrition education. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Health Coach + Copywriter and a Diabetes Prevention Health Coach at Yes Health, using a holistic approach to diabetes prevention through a mobile app to work with clients. In 2018, they joined Prolon Fast as a Health and Wellness Coach, providing phone nutrition consultations that come with the purchase of the program. Currently, they are a Content Manager at Creative Side Marketing.
Rachel Fiske began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, where they earned their Nutrition Consultant (NC) degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist. In 2011, they attended the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and obtained their Certified Personal Trainer degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Rachel also completed the Kalish Functional Medicine Mentorship program in the same year. In 2012, Rachel earned their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Women's Studies and Social Work from Long Island University. In addition to their degrees, Rachel has obtained certifications in Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Holistic Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition, and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, in training from IFNA.
