Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Ryan started their career as an Operations Manager at Water Truck Service, Inc in 2002, and later worked as an Account Manager and Business Group Manager at Employment Trends from 2004 to 2007. Ryan then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Representative at Alpha Natural Resources from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Cloud Peak Energy as an HR Generalist, where they managed various HR responsibilities such as college relations and co-op programs. Since 2013, Ryan has been working at YES House (Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) as the Human Resources Director and later promoted to the role of Executive Director in August 2021.

Ryan Anderson attended Black Hills State University from 1999 to 2001. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Ryan also studied Human Resource Management and Business Administration at the same university during the same period. Prior to attending Black Hills State University, they briefly attended Eastern Oregon University in 1998-1999, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
