Earin Fritz

Earin Fritz has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Dean of Students and a seasoned middle school mathematics teacher at YES Prep Public Schools since August 2014. In this role, Earin has effectively led a team of seven teachers, focusing on student support and achievement at the grade level. Prior to this, work included a position as a kindergarten teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools from August 2012 to August 2014, where notable accomplishments included promoting 20% of kindergartners to reading at a third-grade level and ensuring over 80% could write 3-4 sentences. Earin's teaching journey began at Hope Academy Chapelside Campus, also as a kindergarten teacher, from August 2010 to August 2012. Earin holds a Bachelor's of Art in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Wittenberg University, earned in May 2010.
