Ernesto Rodriguez

Ernesto Rodriguez, M.Ed, currently serves as the Founding Assistant Principal at White Oak Elementary within YES Prep Public Schools, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Bilingual Dean of Instruction and Instructional Coach at YES Prep Public Schools, as well as a Talent Sourcer at Adobe. Throughout a distinguished tenure at YES Prep from July 2016 to July 2022, Ernesto held various teaching and leadership positions, including 9th Grade Seminar Teacher and Grade Level Chair for both 9th and 6th Grades. Prior to the education sector, Ernesto worked in leasing and marketing roles at Pierce Education Properties and Campus Apartments, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set. Ernesto holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Lamar University and multiple degrees from Sam Houston State University, including a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security.
