Rachel Weller

Rachel Weller currently serves as the Dean of Instruction at YES Prep Public Schools since July 2023. Previously, Weller held the position of Chemistry Teacher at Klein ISD from October 2022 to July 2023 and worked as a Special Education Co-Teacher at YES Prep Public Schools from August 2022 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, Weller taught Chemistry at Klein ISD from August 2020 to August 2022, and 7th Grade Science at Yes! Preparatory - Northline from August 2019 to August 2020, as well as at Klein ISD from March 2009 to May 2019. Weller's teaching experience spans from 6th to 12th grade, also including a position as a Middle-to-High School Science/Math Teacher at Bowling Green & New Beginnings from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education in Global Education and Training from Northcentral University, expected completion in December 2032, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Florida International University, and an Associate’s Degree in Art/Art Studies from Miami Dade College.
