Rafael Pelosini

Rafael Pelosini has held a variety of positions in the business world since 1996. Rafael began their career as the founder and CEO of R.ZiP Comunicação Planejada. In 2000, they joined Young & Rubicam, where they held roles as the No Media Manager, Account Manager, and Strategic Planning Director. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of Grupo Chez. In 2015, they became the CEO and founder of Yes We Grow, the co-founder of noodle, and a partner and vice-president of Envisioning, a digital research institute.

Rafael Pelosini's education history includes a Bacharelado in Marketing from Universidade Paulista, which they obtained between 1995 and 2000. Rafael then studied Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2014, they attended Princeton University to study Theirtory, and in 2015 they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to study Social Sciences.
