Yeneneh Eshete

Yeneneh (Chuck) Eshete is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at YES - Youth Education Services since January 2023, Yeneneh also holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at C&H Group USA and C&H Group Kenya, roles started in January 2016. Prior experience includes Managing Director at C&H GROUP from August 2013 to May 2016 and Manager of Airfield Project Delivery & ORAT at Dubai Airports from May 2009 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing large-scale capacity expansion projects and ensuring safety and sustainability. Additionally, as Development Project Controller at Emirates Airline, Yeneneh oversaw the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art baggage handling system for Terminal 3 in Dubai. Early career experience includes serving as Manager of Customer Service at Air Canada from 1998 to 2008. Educational qualifications include credentials from Niagara College International, E.L. Crossley Secondary School, the International Correspondence School of Canada ICS, and Lean Six Sigma Canada.
