Joshua Marshall

Joshua Marshall has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries, including signage, distribution, and retail. Currently serving as General Manager at YESCO since August 2017, Joshua specializes in sales, customer relations, and technician scheduling. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Family Dollar Distribution Center, where absenteeism was significantly reduced, and outbound volume increased. Joshua worked for Dillard's Inc. for over 20 years in multiple managerial positions, mentoring a diverse management team. With a background that began in fast food and retail, Joshua is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management at Western Governors University, set to complete in December 2025.
