Avi Feder

Avi Feder currently serves as the Director of Residence Life at Yeshiva University, responsible for creating a safe and enriching environment for 1,700 students and overseeing a team of 6 full-time staff, 7 part-time staff, and approximately 75 student staff. Prior to this role, Avi held the position of Director of Yachad Volunteers & Advisor Engagement at the Orthodox Union, where responsibilities included building relationships with 500 advisors across the US and Canada and developing volunteer onboarding procedures. Avi has also served as a Senior Rabbinic Intern at The Jewish Center, led dormitory life and national recruitment at Yeshiva University High School for Boys, and directed youth programming for NCSY. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management/Marketing from Yeshiva University.
