Lauren Mireles

Partner & Organization & Methods Manager at Yeske Buie

Lauren Mireles holds an M.S in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a B.A in International Studies: Business and Economics from California University of Pennsylvania. Lauren also earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM certification from the College for Financial Planning, which helps her stay up-to-date on financial planning practices to better serve Yeske Buie’s Clients.

In conjunction with her bachelor’s degree, Lauren also earned a minor in Leadership. In addition to traditional classes, her leadership training was supplemented by the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People certification and Stephen Covey “Leader for Life” certification. This training inspired Lauren to serve as an AmeriCorps Fellow during her final year of school, and dedicate herself to her university’s Peer Mentoring Program where she helped incoming, undecided students make the transition from high school to college. She continued this leadership focus throughout her master’s degree studies, where she designed and hosted an all-day workshop focused on harnessing one’s inner power, specifically teaching participants a method that involves managing energy rather than managing time to increase one’s productivity.
